Since the early 1990's Doug has
done voiceovers and narrations for commercial radio spots, Public
Service Announcements, and film soundtracks.
One of Doug's more interesting
recent projects were the narrations he read for the short films
created by filmmaker Peter
Carroll for the Smithsonian Museum's new Art Restoration
and Conservation facility in the National Portrait Gallery in
Washington DC.
These films were designed to educate the public about the various
art restoration and preservation challenges taken on by the museum's
expert staff.
